1. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law
Our policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and aligns with Dropshipzone Australia's Warranty, Refund and Return Policy. All customers are entitled to remedies if goods are:
- Faulty or unsafe
- Not as described
- Not fit for purpose
These statutory rights cannot be excluded.
2. Warranty Information
Most items sold by Focus Station Australia come with a 12-month warranty provided through Dropshipzone (unless otherwise stated). This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or incorrect assembly
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage to packaging
To lodge a warranty claim:
- Email us at: support@focusstation.com.au
- Provide: Order number, product name, clear photos or video of the issue
- Claims must be made within the warranty period
Do not dispose of the item before your claim is resolved. Returns are only required if requested, and we will provide prepaid return labels when applicable.
3. Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Include detailed description, images or videos
- We will assess and arrange a replacement, repair or refund as applicable
This resolution process is coordinated with our supplier Dropshipzone.
4. Change-of-Mind Returns
Focus Station Australia generally does not accept change-of-mind returns unless allowed by Dropshipzone’s supplier policy.
Where accepted:
- Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item
- Items must be unused and in original, resellable condition
- Must include original packaging and all components
- A 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply
- Returns must be pre-approved before shipping the item
Refunds (if approved) are issued after inspection and confirmation from the supplier.
5. Refund Timeframes
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Shopify Payments) within 5–10 business days.
6. Exclusions
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Minor variations in product colour or finish
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorised repairs
- Items disposed of before the claim process concludes
